Am I a good candidate for solar?

How much can I save by going solar?
Savings vary depending on your current utility rate plan and how much energy you consume. One of our professional energy advisors will assess your situation and consult with you on what program will best fit your needs. On average, we're able to save our customers anywhere from 20-45% off their monthly utility bill with no out-of-pocket costs!

Are there any state or federal incentives still available to me if I go solar?
There is currently a 26% Federal Investment Tax Credit (Federal ITC) for solar systems nationwide. We highly recommend consulting with your tax advisor to determine your eligibility for taking advantage of this benefit. The state of California does not offer any additional rebates but check with your energy advisor about any other possible programs or incentives.

What are my options for financing the system if I don't have the cash?

These finance companies secure investments from corporations like big banks and venture capitalists that fully fund your project.

Will solar increase the value of my home?

What happens if I move?
This is our most commonly asked question. We make this transition extremely easy. We don't expect you to stay in your home for the next 20 years, so all of our programs are 100% transferable and will not delay the process of selling your home.

What impact does solar have on my roof?
We provide a full roof assessment at no cost prior to going solar to ensure that your roof is in good condition. Our racking systems ensure the least amount of roof penetrations possible while still providing the highest quality of workmanship on your home backed with roof and workmanship warranties to give you peace of mind. Your panels will actually add more protection to your roof now that it's not directly exposed to the conditions and elements from the weather that it once was.
