By enrolling in an Empower Home Services Maintenance Plan, you agree to a 12-month initial term, recurring billing, and automatic renewal unless canceled in accordance with the plan terms. Maintenance Plans include preventative maintenance and monitoring only. Repairs, replacements, or upgrades are not included.
